To access your health record information, an M Health Fairview account is required. Existing users of M Health Fairview MyChart can seamlessly use their current username and password. New users can sign up directly within the app by providing an activation code from their healthcare provider or verifying personal information. It's important to note that "Find Care" features do not require an account.

The app also integrates with HealthKit, enabling users to share health data from their iPhone's Health app with their provider. This functionality covers data such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
